My weight has been pretty stable over the last decade, and in actual fact I was 73 odd kg from 13 through highschool, so weight loss or see-sawing has never been a problem.
I believe working in fitness as one of my first jobs (and current) has instilled some good baseline principles. I have also experienced and seen what body fat percentage does to a physique. I have been 83kg "fat" and 90 kg with a six pack.
I was actually telling clients about this app to help them track calories when I thought of using it myself. For the details and the accountability of course...
I think the point of this journal entry is to say thank you to the developers, for providing such a useful tool. I was not aware of the community elements, the caring and support.
I wish everyone a healthy and successful lifestyle and I look forward to many great conversations to come from this.
