Today is a prime example of why tracking food and macros is hard. I guessed about my lunch, guessed about my dinner. The salad kit was right, but I know the app included everything in the kit, not just the greens. I added it anyway because I wanted the fiber content even though it threw the macros off.
Probably worrying about this more than I should be. Food-wise it wasn't a horrible day.
