I see a lot of people complaining about only a few grams lost or they are standing still. Don't let it demotivate you in to returning to your old lifestyle.
I have been standing still for 7 days, and this morning I went down.
I wanted to give up, but I didn't because it took me a long time to pick up the weight now we want to lose it in the blink of an eye.
