im really liking logging my food and calories..... i feel like im controlling my food for the first time in my life instead of food controlling me. and im so surprised how much energy im having with the exercise ... im feeling so good! and... loosing 5 more pounds this week is just awesome! i really appreciate all the comments and support from you all.... i have the best buddies <3

I really like the results I get with logging my food. I saw that you lived in Egypt and didn't gain weight there because all the food was fresh and you walked a lot. That pretty much described what I would like my lifestyle to be. Keep up your good work!

Yes,there are SEVERAL advantages to logging all of our food and calories... One of the MAJOR for me was to see how even when I had a "BAD" start to my day, I could still RECOVER and have a healthy day by adjusting what I had planned for the rest of the day...GLAD you are here...KEEP on KEEPING on !!!!

Same here.I actually enjoy logging my food daily.It keeps me on track and when I dont do well, I know exactly what caused it.

It's the only way that works for me. There are times, like tonight, that it saves me. I wanted to eat two of something, but that would have been too many calories, so I only ate one. Weighing every morning when I wake up and logging calories has really worked. I am so happy for you! You sound confident, in control and happy. You are doing this!
