Went back and forth on what to eat tonight. I put a few things in the food journal to see how many calories, took them out, tried another meal plan, took that out--LOL--I finally decided to have a small lamb chop (took the fat off, bone was in) and 10 large steamed shrimp. I know I will gain, but I also know I'll be busy over the weekend. I'm going to my sisters house tomorrow to help her clean. I have a fresh piece of Salmon sitting in my fridge to grill for when I come home :) Tonight I worked 1/2 an hour over, then came home and cleaned my living room, bathroom and kitchen (washing floors, dusting, etc). It feels so nice and smells so nice in here! Sippin' a glass of wine right now. I haven't been on much, so I'm going to go visit my buddies journals now!
