Started back to gym last week. Been once. Going today, then 2 days later this week after business trip. May go to gym in hotel too unless alcohol and social gatherings look more attractive. Not recording food, but eating pretty well. Have started having fruit smoothies every day (fruit + yogurt + V8 Fusion + Metamucil [cuz Dr. Oz says it helps you lose weight] + crushed up supplements). Major yum.
