Shrimp is high in protein and low in calories. Lamb is protein. Protein helps us lose better than any other food groups. So great job!

Congrats...and I would say that goal is within "shouting distance"- - -AND you will ALSO have achieved 20% of your TOTAL goal...THIS next week is going to give you SEVERAL causes for celebration...:) (I obviously don't believe in jinxes...lol)
