I cut out alcohol, soda and juice. I also IF to reduce snacking. Oh and I don’t eat the deep fried goodies anymore either. On the daily I have a nonfat protein shake and 2 handfuls of spinach (not together… yet 🤣)

I cut out all soda and refined sugars, no white breads, no processed meats, no fast food, save for Subway protein bowls. I also lift weights 4 times a week, full body workouts. I have my coffee in the morning, all other liquids are water. High protein, low carb diet.

I also try to keep myself in a strict calorie deficit, my intake is typically around 1500.

I do best when I stay away from processed foods. I snack on raw veggies and eat lots of protein to help me at the gym. Best of luck on your journey!👍

i just try to make each food-related decision slightly healthier than my default choice, which is typically for immediate gratification. Also am trying to make choices to move more when it is an option... i figure that these things will add up over time since i don't do well with drastic changes and they tend to set me up for failure.

I would just write down everything you like and try to make it healthier and tweak for your goal. In my case I try to include protein everywhere. I have a cheat day for my sanity as I dig sweets but as I’ve been cutting it out as I’m slowly weaning myself. For me that would make it sustainable. Oh and I exercise.
