BTW, does anyone have any idea how to *accurately* determine your frame size? Here's the problem. Even when I was underweight as a teenager (BMI underweight and everything else), my shoulders were about 18", which according to this website http://www.roymech.co.uk/Useful_Tables/Human/Human_sizes_B.html
puts me well above the 95% in women's shoulder breadth, or men's for that matter (at least in comparison with Brits--I'm American Danish/British) and yet I am only 5'5". Yet my elbows are "medium framed" and my wrists measure small!!! So I kinda think the frame measurements are an oversimplification, because there ain't no way in heck my shoulders and hips are *small.*

Anyway I think for my height/frame I'm of a healthy BMI range, but I look chubby in the mirror and people tell me I'm a little chubby, so I know I need to lose. But it's frustrating I can't figure out a way to accurately measure percent body fat since my build is appparently so unusual (around mesendomorph somewhere).


Notes to self:
I ate less than usual at the little Chinese restaurant near campus, so apparently my appetite has shrunk.

Also I fit into a shirt this morning that had been too tight to wear only a week ago, so I'm losing inches even if my pounds aren't exactly dropping.

(I seem to be hovering around 148 lbs, going up and down slightly every other day, although my mom says she did the same thing when she was losing, and since we're a lot alike, this makes me feel better.)
