Postponing Motivational Monday cos my mind is just swirling with lotsa new thoughts!

Fitness Identity - wow! tougher than I thought to figure this out for myself. I am currently reading Atomic Thoughts (James Clear) and so far, loving this idea of doing just 1% better consistently over the year. Early in the book!

Had a naturopath appointment last week and wow! more holistic info & help to process LOL

Learning to use EFT (tapping) to deal with anxiety and carry over to weight loss & bad habits.

Guided meditations to reconnect to body (cos I live in my head not my body).

Routines are a challenge for me! Working on set sleep like 10pm-5am (training to be morning person instead of night owl).

Result? just wanna bury myself in blanket sofa and carb out!!!!!!! Wowwwwww LOL :)

Be back later this week; gotta focus up!
