Truth is, 90% of weigh loss has to do with diet and only 10% with exercise. I have some friends have recently lost 70 lbs each and haven't stepped foot in a gym. Now, certainly exercise has it's place in building lean muscle and building your metabolism, but keep eating right and you will continue to lose fat. Keep up the great work!!
