I checked in on the SHORTIES LOSING IT & left them with S.I.M.(support,inspire,motivate) I weighed in & found the # on the scale FLIPPED with the # from last weigh in but the # is still going down (thumbs up!) Overall,ALL IS GOOD :)
I thought I'd leave a few thoughts with the rest of my Buddies here at the fs community :) from my past readings,research,findings,etc.: *** ACTIVITY involves everything below our neck. *** COPING resides from our nose to our mind. *** EATING concerns the things going in or coming out of our mouth. *** SPEED/QUANITY is NOT the point of exercise,TONE/STRENGTH are. *** To Love,Laugh,Eat & Live is a LIFESTYLE *** STRESS is an INTERNAL RESPONSE to PRESSURE *** PRESSURE is EXTERNAL-a FORCE pushing us to respond *** Pressure is UNIVERSAL *** Stress is PERSONAL(our choice) WHY does one fail while another succeeds??? MIND+HEART!!! *Its about our ATTITUDES & FEELINGS :D *Its about HOW we deal with pressure.How we LEARN to LOVE it! Coping is about the way we react & THIS is where ACHIEVEMENTS stem from!!!
