tomorrow is weigh in day for me and my sister, i haven't been doin much exercise due to my back, but its feeling better and next week i will start again.... been sticking to the diet and logging all my food, so hopefully tomorrow wont be a disappointment,Insha'Allah..... things are going pretty good at home, been stressed out a little trying to get all my ducks in a row for the immigration visa for my husband, but i didn't stress eat, lol.... :)...... hope all you Buddies are doing good, im proud of us all!
