Counting my weigh in today, i have lost a total of 15 pounds in one month, feeling pretty good about it... my back is feeling better, i did the elliptical machine this morning for 10 minutes with the tension set at 4, gunna try another 10 minutes later today..... its been a hard 2 weeks with no exercise, started feeling crappy, but loosing weight again this week makes me want to exercise cuz i love the feeling afterwards.. thanks to all my buddies for the encouragement and support... we really are a family here <3
