Sooo, I ended up in the hospital. They upped my clozapine and the side effects are impacting my weight in a double whammy of making me constipated and making me gain in general. I'm not giving into this. I will fight this. I've been off track with eating as well simply due to having mental breakdowns in Walmart while I'm trying to sort out what I'm doing, how I'm doing it, and where I'm at the same time my head is spinning. I plan on going to Aldi tomorrow for some veg's and go from there. I have a fair amount of protein still. Later, peeps.
