I was very good on Weds, but struggled to control my cravings yesterday, so I went slightly over my calorie allowance again - esp now it's only 1300.
I did do a lot of exercise though - 4 hours of pretty vigourous housework that got me sweaty and breathing quicker. I changed all the beds, thoroughly hoovered all of upstairs, spread flea-preventative all over the carpets (we have pets) moving all of the furniture as I went and scrubbed the bathroom.
It's the downstairs today and the rest of the washing, followed by a brisk walk with a friend, so I am getting enough exercise that my exercise figures are always greater than my calorie intake - but I'm not expecting to lose much this week. Only time will tell; I weigh-in on Sunday mornings.
