Still recording all my food. Have not weighed in for a few weeks. Went on vacation and then busy and not able to ecercize. Back to the gym today. I may weigh in if I get the courage. Eating to many carbs. I need to up my protien and keep my carbs under control. No problems with head aches or hunger. Ilike this meal plan, but just need to be more organized.
