I finally did my running workout. it wasnt bad. 4 intervals 5 min each + 2 more min, 3.02 miles total. I think it's my starting point and I can improve from here. I also did abs workout: 2 sets of 3 exercise 15 repetitions each. Foodwise I wasnt that good. I ate great till I got home and then... everything in my sight. I hope as I get into my workouts it will be easier to adjust my food intake. For some reason when I exercise I dont have that many cravings nor I feel hungry.
