I haven't been good all week, but I've not been bad either! Monday was bad and I didn't document everything I ate - and even treated myself to some choc, but
for the last two days, I've been very good - and yesterday I went on another Training Hike - this time just over 18 miles in just under 7 hours. I was very pleased with myself. :)

Nto sure what the scales will say on Sunday, but I know I've lost inches since the last time I measured myself, because all my clothes are now much looser on me. :)
