gooooooooood mornin everyone...much cooler here this mornin...didnt do no exercise yesterday like i had planned..instead just cut grass an weedeated...an soaked up the sun for like 5-6 hours...just a lazy day...but slept like usualy again last night...so guess i was tired..didnt really follow my food menu yesterday either...didnt eat bad, but did eat more sandwiches then usual...thought mabye a day off in menu, might mix the meals up an make my body wonder what was going on...use to bother me when i messed up on eating the wrong stuff, but now i kno its a good thing...keeps the body guessin an better to eat stuff like that occasionally, just to see if its as good as it once was..usually its not...lol...not sure what im gonna do today...went out this morning an watered the mators since i was to tired last night...need to do some errands today...but not sure whats in my plans today...not even sure about a workout...just tired i guess...o well....tomow is a new day...lol...have a great one...
