Time to make a fresh start. Haven't been sleeping well at all, and If I'm being sarcastic, I can't imagine that my lethargy and unhappiness have anything to do with my gain of 84 pounds in the last year (or re-gaining them, so to say).
The plan is to get my energy back, get my motivation back, and recover the 3/4's of my wardobe lost to said 85 pounds in the process.
