No excuses... I have been crap the last couple days. Tuesday I had 3 double gin and tonics and yesterday I shared 2 bottles of wine with a friend - both days I barely ate. Although when I did eat, at least I stuck to low carb and healthy. I'm still hoping for a small loss on Sunday but I'm not holding my breath. Naughty me!
