5/28 Lunch:- 3 Fish fingers with cabbage and chilli's. I skipped pasta day yesterday and ate fruits instead as I am losing at a slower phase this round. I kept my food plain and simple. Scared of any extra calories.

Hi I'm on the 28 day mealplan. Its available on google for free. They also have a facebook page you can join. "DIE 28 DAE EETPLAN FOTOS". You can join there aswell as they also have a free pdf book you can download and read that will help you with tips, rules and advice for weightloss.
