visiting family is hard to keep to plan. my daughters pantry is literally just carbs. orange juice bananas grapes potato chips cookies pasta cereal perogies muffins chicken strips white bread. I went grocery shopping and bought myself some food I can eat. today I was very proud of myself. the family ate burgers at the food court and had ice cream. I sat with them but didnt eat. when we got home I made myself mushrooms zucchini stir fry with ground pork. I was very happy with my choice and glad I didnt give in to food court temptations. my reward will be to go out for breakfast with my daughter tomorrow.

Amazing! That’s not easy at all. When I visit my parents it’s very similar - love visiting them but need to do a bit of extra planning now.
