PhoenixTH's Logboek, 01 apr 23

It is just a week I'm monitoring my diet, and I'm a bit struggling to get it right honestly. Apparently I should consume 2500 calories in a day, but I managed to reach no more than 1200 so far, forcing a bit myself. Not enough to work on my mass. How to get all these calories without assuming unhealthy food, without unbalancing my 15% daily fat intake, and without eating a big mass of food? I've never thought I could face this kind of challenge!

Bloody hell how did FS set your RDI at 2500? I had to change mine they set mine at 2200.

It is set at 2200, but as I also do some calisthenics I'm burning no less than 2500 apparently.

I'm pescetarian at the moment, I've been vegetarian and vegan for the last 12 years.

I don't feel that good eating meat. Physically and ethically. It just doesn't match with me. Since I removed meat from my diet my life improved so much!

Oh, I recently discovered fresh paneer. It's a revolution! My favourite cheese now.
