I weigh my self daily and notice after workouts the next morning I am always up a pound or two. However I follow my Friday morning weigh in to be the one I go with and that is my weigh in day at the gym.

@redporchlady i used to do weekly weigh ins, i kinda started weighing my daily as a sort of “damage control” i’m gonna try doing what you do, weigh daily but go by one day of the week as progress reference too. Thank you ☺️
