Yay! It's going the desired direction again! It just took a lot of /really/ hard work to do it. Over 2 hours a day of exercise. I've walked a lot. I'm sleepy and may join my dear, Alex the Mighty in a nap. I haven't done anything this morning, just sleepy. I also stayed away from the scale for the entire week. That is huge for me. I used to weigh myself frequently, including an end of the day weigh to guess my weight in the morning. I haven't done that the last couple of weeks. Well. Later, peeps.
