ran two laps around camp today, it felt amazing sheet neglecting cardio and running for years. I'm on a ketogenic diet and am on my second day with no carbs but surprisingly feel fantastic and energetic although I must Menton I did experience moderate episodes of fatigue throughout the day but nothing debilitating or serious. all in all I'm feeling fantastic.
