Day two:
Today went reletivaly well, except for the lack of exersize. Tomorrow I'm going to start doing a fifteen minute workout in the morning. I'm going to be doing circuit training. Then I'll have the additional 45 minutes a day, two-four days a week of karate, plus my volunteer work on saturdays.
