I had a donut and it was wonderful !! I don't care!! Im celebrating my son coming home have seen him in 2 years and Mikes graduation. I bought donuts for breakfast and I just had to have one.. And Im not gonna cry about it, today or later.. HAPPY DAY .. i haven't had a donut in forever !!! and im not even gonna log it.. So boo. Ive busted my butt for 6 months now..Im taking a few days off. Ill be back at gym friday and on track but today Imma enjoy myself ..

All my kids and their families descend on my house in July, including the ones that live on the west coast. You can be darn sure I will not be dieting for the two weeks they are here! Celebrate and enjoy!
