Haven't stuck to the diet very well again either, as I had a large bar of choc at lunchtime - and the scales have broken, so I cannot weigh everything accurately, but I have tended to err on the side of caution and enter larger rather than smaller amounts for everything I've eaten today.
Also, I have looked back through the days of this week and on every day apart from one, I have used up way more calories than I've eaten, so I'm hoping that the scales won't be going the wrong way, when I have my weekly weigh-in tomorrow morning. Keeping my fingers crossed! :)
