Well I didn't do well last week. I only lost a pound because I didn't eat much yesterday and cleaned the whole house. Back at it today.
You guys, I really need to do this. I can't be this big anymore. I don't like myself. But bigger than that, my health is suffering. So is my 11yr old daughter who wants me to do things but I am tired and out of shape. I feel so guilty. But that guilt then triggers a vicious cycle.
