Stressed. A huge gain over the course of this year. It could be that I am in the food business. It could be that we made a huge move this past year. It could be that my mom has been in and out of the hospital, wounds worsening no matter all I did to help her, and she just recently had an amputation of her lower right leg due to the wounds taking a turn for the worst and not healing. At the end of the day, it is my fault for allowing my weight to increase. Venting, stressed, annoyed. Sometimes I wonder if this site is a useful tool. I feel equally rotten writing about this setback. I am just venting, aggravated.
