super happy ... nearly at losing a stone! I know the start is always quicker and that it's always the case when you have been living a bad lifestyle and then change things up but i am really giddy and super motivated
not lost this in a day but i had not loaded last weeks until yesterday - total 13 pounds in just over four weeks
I have joined a Conqueror Challenge to make sure i keep my steps up and am really enjoying the food - i had a housemate but now i am cooking just for me and i can be so much healthier .... going to wait for another 7 pounds then get the box of clothes that we a size too small down from the attic and use them as motivation
