I kid you not! Of course it's water and it'll go. I ended up having a full CN, just was in the mood come the evening, so I think now we'll have to wait a fortnight maybe before the next one being a) old and b) very heavy. But it's all part of the journey so I'm ok with it. I'm getting a better handle on what's happening so the numbers don't stress me out the way they used to.

Hi Bill :) Just looking at your diet entries and I see you record bacon quite often...I know from my experience that the calorie figure that is on FS for bacon is wrong. I buy packs of 250g of bacon which has 8 slices in and I have calculated each slice is 143 calories! Raw bacon is 458 calories per 100g, so you could work yours out. Damn hidden calories always sneak in and sometimes can make us wonder what the hell is going on. Also remember things like bacon contain a lot of salt so can also play havoc with your weight.
