caroline.brightman's Logboek, 19 mei 23

Put all the weight back on and more I know do 100 ab crunches on my machine . Cut down on tea and drink more water but still put weight on I walk every day . Anyone got any tips to reduce the carb intake please .

Maybe consider changing the type of carbs. Unrefined carbs are great for energy, digestion, vitamins. Whereas refined carbs will spike sugar and are often packaged up with fat and added sugar (eg donoughts, biscuits)

Thank you I’ll pop to the shops and try green tea aswel . I do try and stay away from packaged foods . Sometimes I do if I’m rushing but try and cook from fresh . I’ll try and add more greens in rather than potatoes ect

Only 1 calorie per cup and you can infuse it with different flavours, my favourite is ground ginger and ground turmeric.
