Took our Grandson out for dinner last night at outback steakhouse, while I did not have a bunch of carbs, I did have more protein then planned so my fat percentage went down below my target minimum of 80% but it was worth it as this is the grandson that comes out and works our property cleaning it up and doing the lawn care, he also helped install two window AC units.
