Dam I just looked up fat free cottage cheese and it looks like a great thing to add to my diet at 56 calories per 100g! Will try this recipe if I can find small packs of nuttikrust - otherwise I'll eat the whole box. Thanks for sharing

Yeah, I add it to everything. Also when I make low cal mac n cheese or any cheese sauce. It's just about flavouring it right. Extra protein source.
