Have a cold/allergies today, bad enough to call in sick. Slept it off for a while and plan to take advantage of the day home get some rest and me time.It hit last night so I only got 8600 steps and did not go to the gym but 86k is still good in my book. Imma get some rest and then still try and get some steps in tonite if my head clears.. Adjusting my gym today from today to tomorrow. As long as I get it this week i will feel accomplished. Who knows, this might clear up in time to go tonite. Goals for the day, hydrate my sick self , stay on track bc everyone knows its hard to eat right when your sick and get some kind of physical activity in, even if its just 20 m.

SOOO, settled on brisket. Our store had a deal where you buy the pre cooked brisket and you get sausage and fix-ins for free so I got a great deal for under 30.00, and its perfect for the 3 of us. I got a Cesar salad kit and some low carb tortillas and we are set. Got some Atkins pizzas for me and and mike tomorrows lunch and zoodle spagetti with turkey meat balls. And we got some carbsmart bryers for the weekend... Feeling a little better.. and def gonna take a shower and see if that loosens things up... Cheers every one!

Chicken quarters were on sale for .69/lb so looks like chicken for the 4th or chicken sausage.... go with the flow... I am sure it will be good eats no matter what we decide. LOL

Hope your feeling better soon. What do you do to get the number of steps in that you do? Even when I'm walking most of the day my steps are very low.
