Does anyone have any idea how I can count the calories in this veggie loaded rice ? I meal preps for the week but I donā€™t know how I am gonna count the calories?

Either veg breyani, or you count the individual foods which you used to make your meal.

Digital scale. Best companion for accurate calorie counting. I usually let small amounts of vegetables go uncounted. Or if I'm feeling pedantic I do what Jasmine suggested and estimate from the total grams used per vegetable. Main thing is the rice though.

Thank you all for the input. I do have a digital scale I will just use the veggie Breyani option.
