I skipped last wednesday's weigh in as I had eaten bad that week and weighed in today instead - lost 1.5 kgs over that 2 week time period so 750 gms per week. I am happy with this loss - down to 100.2 kgs - I'll be happy when I get below 3 digits on the scale!
