2 Big 2 Fail's Logboek, 10 jul 15

Keeping the weight training at my max. I've added on a few pounds of muscles. My weight lifting is at a maximum level again and I'm hardly feeling it. I won't try to go any higher since the last time I got here I pulled a tendon so I'm not going there again.

It's just too hard to heal at my age.

One thing I've noticed. If I go a few days without lifting my muscles feel jumpy and they scream...go lift something. I have hand weights around the house to help fill the gaps between days at the gym.
