An achy week for me...No exercise. It's going to be difficult to pick up where I left off but I'm going to get back on the horse (bike) tomorrow. I'm so insecure about how big I am that I'm reluctant to begin a walking program. I'll have to get over that too...I'm tired of being a hermit...

Don't you dare let others keep you from walking! Everyone has to start somewhere. If you are not comfortable walking outside, try Leslie Sansone's in home walking dvd's. That's how I got started 3 years ago. I am now an avid outside walker, I walk 8 miles a day.
