Vacation is one week away and I just want to lose about 5 more before then. Not sure if its possible. Just enough to look decent at the beach. Can't figure it out, I run about 6-8 miles a day, and my carb intake is about 15-20 net grams and my calories are around 2000 I think. Just going to have to record everything here and maybe I'll find a pattern. Blah!
