Stepped on the scale this morning as I felt not as sore as the last few days and it was 246. I'm still sore and feel it in my shoulders and knees especially. I will do a regular bike and push up and sit up regiment this evening. I'll get back down. Football starts soon. I'll be assistant coaching that. I'll do cals with the kids.
