Diane, ingredients: cottage cheese 4% fat, 2 medium eggs, 40 g flour (I use gluten-free, but wheat and rice flour are also suitable), 5 g sugar, a little bit baking powder (less than half of a tablespoon). Mix everything together and fry on a hot oiled pan (please, do not pour oil, just brush with a napkin or brush). It is very tasty and rich of protein, calcium and other supplements 🥰
