MuscularManal's Logboek, 14 jul 23

These day I'm only having 2 meals and a snack- total daily calories roughly <1600 & I'm usually fasting from 6am to 5pm (11 hour fasting). I've cut out soft drinks (apparently sugar-free soft drinks have an ingredient which is possibly carcinogenic as reported by World Health Organisation), increased health fats intake & reduced carb and dairy. I've noticed an immediate improvement in my skin, mood and sleep :)

I can attest to the difference dropping the diet drinks makes... I used to drink a 1.25lt bottle of diet coke every day, when I swapped that for water my skin rehydrated and brightened up within about 3 weeks (apparently that is how often our body sheds the outer layers of skin...) I was amazed... It has helped motivate me to keep with water and not go back to the diet drinks even after 1 1/2 years...

Wow, that's amazing! Good on you for making that change. That makes me more excited to see what my skin will look like in 3 weeks then. It's only been 1 week since I cut the soft drinks out. I noticed my skin looks more hydrated and the redness around my pimple scars have reduced significantly :)
