Journal entry. I picked up a lot of weight the first half of this year. This can be very discouraging that despite everything I still tried to put effort on my workout and food. I may have not been as consistent as the previous year but I showed up. But then again I understand that this has been a mental and emotionally taxing year for me and I am gonna be gentle with myself and regret not my stress eating.
Starting the 2nd half of this year. I feel myself getting better by the day. However I do not have the mental capacity to embark on a weightloss journey. I am enjoying gym and enjoying making nutritious meal.So I will keep it at that for now and I will see where that takes us.
