Ahhh, kicking myself for not continuing with my journal as now I can't remember what I need to write!
Well, last sunday I had must first carb day. I decided to have one as I began to feel teary and the scales were moving in the wrong direction. But that is nothing unusual with this woe! Started off with weetabix and milk for breakfast, then some toast and jam. I felt a little shaky when my blood sugar dropped from eating the weetabix. That evening I ate a chilli with rice, some low carb cheesecake and a twix. In hindsight, I should have fasted at work then just ate when I got home as the window should only be 6-8 hours. I enjoyed what I ate and felt a lot better. I got back on the wagon the next day and so far no keto flu.
I will have my next carb day on Sunday as it is my day off! Or maybe Saturday to stop me over eating!
