Started the day with coffee and cream. I didn't drink enough at work today, only two drinks. I really should be drinking now!!
At 3pm I had almonds while waiting for J. I made a lemon cheesecake and licked oiut the bowl. Lost my appetite after that. Made the boys wraps and me and mark some crackslaw. Ate my tea with mark with a big dollop of homemade Guacamole. Ate a huge slice of my homemade low carb lemon cheesecake and cream
Now having a wine. Work tomorrow!
